Extra Jams are obtained only from fruit (115%) and sugar, enriched with a touch of fine Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. These Balsamic jams are available in a fig and strawberry varieties and are ideal to pair boiled meats, seasonal cheeses (like parmigiano Reggiano and Pecorino) or to be spread on sliced bread.
